When we went it was quiet, until the bartender and waitress turned the music up and played pool to muffle their passionate and personal conversation about boys. That left us alone to drink our cheap winter warmers as slow as we wanted. It was a Tuesday or something, and kind of late. We played chess on the elegant wooden table, w/ a board built inside (also they have scrabble like that, and possibly something else). There is also a dartboard. It's a neighborhood-style bar without much of a neighborhood built around it (yet). I thought the houses and the people were supposed to come first. When you play monopoly you can't put up hotels until you've already done the houses. At least they're not charging us as though we own three houses ourselves.
